GalleryTool provides you multiple ways to upload your artworks in your account as fast as possible. One of the most popular solution is the ‘Bulk upload’ function that allows you to get things done with a few clicks.

  1. Open ‘Artworks’ menu and click on ‘Bulk upload’
  2. Drop or select files to upload
  3. Fill in the forms with information about your artworks
  4. Click ‘Save’

2. How to create a list of artworks

Lists can be useful in many cases. Putting together a tailor-made offer to your customers or creating a list of artworks for your next exhibition are just a few simple examples when this feature will save you a lot of time and effort.

  1. Select items from your artworks
  2. Click on the ‘Bulk edit’ button from top menu just appeared after the selection
  3. Select an existing list to assign artworks or create a brand new one
  4. Open the ‘Lists’ menu to find your artwork lists

  1. Open one of your lists
  2. Click the export button with PDF icon
  3. Choose among your label templates and select artwork details to visualize
  4. Click ‘Download’

5. How to delete artworks

GalleryTool offers you multiple ways to delete artworks from your database. You can delete an individual artwork when you switch to edit mode on the artwork’s profile page. Multiple artworks can be also deleted by using the ‘Bulk Delete’ function from the top menu which appears after the selection.
